So we are now playing the game on the 18th because they would rather play Charlton now on the 15th. How does that make business sense we would take 5,000 plus on a Sat now on a Tues poss 1,500 - 2,000, Charlton will prob be lucky to 500 on the Sat.

Sheff. Wed have to play their FA Cup tie on that weekend, after putting out Rochdale, so they have no choice.
They've also now lost loan striker Conor Wickham, recalled by Sunderland (but we've got Patrick)!
From DCFC's point of view, It can either be viewed positively, giving an extra few days rest & prep for the players, whilst Sheff Wed won't be as fresh - having faced Charlton in the 5th round on the Saturday, or negatively if you perceive a fixture pile-up.
It's unfortunate that Rams fans will have to travel to Hillsborough now on the following Tuesday, but it is a relatively "local" game so the Derby support will still be considerable.
