I believe it's of interest to most folk who support a Football League team but the connection to QPR is tenuous.
I guess the OP is only suggesting that if this involved one of our promotion rivals from the NW (now let me think who...?) and a threat of a points deduction that would benefit us, then there would be a certain parallel with our own traumatic 2011 experience. I don't think salaries come in to it.
Nearly all rich men want to become even richer. Who would turn down a tax free £10k for putting the ball out for a throw-in straight from the kick off?
Most people would do that for £10.
