Keep windows open at night and close them as soon as the temperature rises. Keep them closed all day with blinds/curtains closed.

Added bonus tip, if it's considerably warmer inside than out use a fan to push air through house. Open window wide, stick a fan about a meter away from the window pointing towards the window. This will help the cooler air move in before you close your windows for the day.
