There appears to be the entire panopoly of squad support staff alongside the players in this season's photo. Some roles are quite mysterious. Does anyone have any idea what a performance therapist does? Or what a performance logistics and player care person might do?

Logistics and care is basically booking travel, hotels etc and dealing with requests from players, checking in with them. They do like a grand job title but I think Caroline has been at the club for years in that sort of role

Its almost a one-to-one ratio of support staff to players.

I think back to when Ollie was manager first time round, I'm sure his coaching staff was just Scott Rushton, Gary Waddock, Kenny Jackett and Prav Mathema as physio!

Things have changed somewhat.

Pretty sure I saw two versions of the team photo yesterday - one with just the players, and one with the support staff included.

Worth noting on the players photo, doe-eyed hunk Sammy Field was front and centre.

I actually thought it was a positive seeing all these support staff around. The game is different to what it was years ago and data/analytics/psychology/logisitcs are part of that game. I didnt think we had all that so was pleasing.

The photo could have been even bigger with all the other staff e.g. box office, media team (somehting else that is big now), shop staff.

It didnt even need to stop there, could have added matchday programme sellers, kiosk staff and even the stewards

Golfers and F1 drivers have loads of people around them (all playing their part for the one person) its the same with our squad and the same in many other businesses.

My mates dad was a bailiff and one day had a job with Sean Davis of Fulham, who basically had never paid council tax, because he didn't understand it or no-one told him to.

This ^^ is why clubs have these sort of people!

Wasn't a great shock to see Sean as one of the ex-pros in the V11 investment scandal.
I'm guessing the financial advisor didn't have to work too hard that day to part money from Sean...
