Sneak preview of Bournemouth programme

Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for Saturday’s League One game against AFC Bournemouth.

The programme has been increased to 76 pages this season, but with the same number of advert pages as last year, meaning there is even more to keep you entertained before, during and after the match.

We start with a front cover image of on-loan goalkeeper Luke Daniels, who made his debut in the 2-1 defeat at Peterborough last Friday.

As usual, there are the serious and not-so-serious articles, together with the usual high quality pictures from the FC United game by photographer Daniel Youngs.

Keith Hill gives his thoughts on the game at Peterborough, while Programme Vault goes back to the late-1970s.

A new style Dale Quiz has been compiled to test the grey matter and Scrutator is back with his views on supporting your team when things aren’t going as well as you’d like.

Traveller’s Tales reports on the trip to Sheffield Wednesday, while there are in-depth previews of forthcoming home and away fixtures.

Of course, there are many new features, including The Day I Was Born, where we look back at what was happening on the day one particular Dale player came into the world.

Visitors AFC Bournemouth get nine pages of coverage, with My First Time reflecting on last season’s fine 4-0 win at Dean Court.

All this and much, much more will be in Saturday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.
