Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for Tuesday’s League One match against Carlisle United.

The programme has been maintained at 76 pages this season, but with a host of new features to keep you entertained before, during and after the match.

We start with a front cover image of the Dale players taking a welcome drinks break during last Saturday’s match at Sheffield Wednesday.

The manager gives his thoughts on the game against Huddersfield and the cup trip to QPR, while ‘Starter For Ten’ looks at some games where you had to make sure you were in the ground and settled well before kick-off.

A new style Dale Quiz has been compiled to test the grey matter, while ‘Kit Parade’ looks at its first away shirt of the season.

We have action photos from the pre-season friendlies against WBA and Crewe, which is also the destination for the latest Traveller’s Tales.

Sarah Lomas and Matt Turner pen their next articles for the programme, while ‘The Great Escape’ reviews the season 25 years ago when Dale came too close for comfort to losing their Football League status.

Visitors Carlisle United get eight pages of coverage, in which we reveal a past link between one of their players and a member of the Dale squad.

All this and much, much more will be in Tuesday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.
