Refwatch Preview: Notts County (h) Monday, 26th Jan 2009 17:38 Notts County are the visitors to Spotland on Tuesday evening, so TVOS does his usual bit of giving us the low down on this match's official. Andy Woolmer becomes the second Northampton-based official in successive seasons to referee Dale’s home game with Notts County as last term Dean Whitestone took charge as we produced an excellent display to win 4-2.
This will be Mr Woolmer’s fourth game at Spotland. His last visit was last Easter Monday when Chris Dagnall scored his famous nine-minute hat-trick in the 4-1 defeat of Rotherham.
Just short of a year ago, we had Andy in the middle for the 2-1 loss at Lincoln.

Andy is in his fifth season on the league list and this term he has refereed quite a few games at Championship level, including last weekend’s relegation six-pointer between Southampton and Doncaster.
Up to Saturday (when he was due at Shrewsbury v Darlington), he has overseen 23 matches this season, showing 52 yellow cards and four red.
