Host Christ Charles and regular guests Paul Finney and Chris Mendes are joined by former QPR winger Lee Cook for this week's podcast.

Cook discusses his time at the club including his famous cash donation in the wake of his move to Fulham. He also reveals why he hasn't yet committed to a club this summer following his release from Loftus Road intimating that he still has a Championship iron in the fire as the deadline approaches.

Cook said: "I'm training with Leyton Orient at the moment, as it stands I've only had League One offers and it's difficult because I want to play in the Championship and I still feel that I can. I want to be in a position where I'm competing at what I think is my level and that's the Championship. I'm hanging on, there's something in the pipeline that I'm hanging on for, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that that comes through. If not I'll have to drop down to League One and try to impress there which I think I will."

There's also – sadly – discussion among all four about Saturday's massacre against Swansea City.
