There are still tickets remaining for this weekend's Ernie Cooksey fundraiser - the perfect send off for Wembley.

The event takes place in the Dale Bar on Saturday evening. It's a race night where all the monies raised will go towards raising the funds required for Ernie's Cancer treatment.

Tickets are priced at £5, and are available from the Club Shop, from the Dale Bar and from the Cemetery Hotel. Also, if you'd like to come, contact the site, and we'll see what we can sort out for you with regards to tickets.

It promises to be a great night, and the ideal curtain raiser before Dale's first ever visit to Wembley Stadium on Bank Holiday Monday.

In addition to the betting which takes place on the night, supporters can "own" a horse in one of the races. This will cost £5 and you can win an excellent Dale Goody Bag. You need not be at the event to win this.

At time of writing, there are just sixteen horses remaining. There is a sticky thread set up on the messageboard regarding this.
