Roy Hodgson has criticised an online petition calling for Tom Cleverly to be banned from the World Cup Squad.

More to do with working class people on low/average wages getting fed up with bank rolling the lifestyles of substandard footballers. To rub salt in the wounds they then have to watch them play for the national team.

It's the sign of the times I'm afraid.
