Rams & England Under21 midfielder is on the Football League's shortlist for this season's Young Player Of The Year award.
It is presented annually to the best player The Football League under the age of (or becoming) 21; the other nominees are Leicester's Liam Moore & Swindon's loanee from Spurs, Alex Pritchard.
This season's awards ceremony is on Sunday (16th March).

Steven Fletcher, the Bournemouth stalwart who retired in 2013 aged 40, after 800+ appearances, will receive the "outstanding achievement" award, now renamed the Tom Finney Award.
