The 'SKYS THE LIMIT'! 07:28 - May 13 with 3137 viewsNOTRAC

Figures released today show that during this season ground occupancy in the Premier League reached a new high at 96% ,with an average crowd of 36,600.
The Leagues popularity has hit new heights abroad, where 40% of total income comes from.
Average audiences in the USA have climbed by 70 per cent, and in India audiences are up by 30per cent.
Matches are broadcast to 175 countries!
With BT Sport pleased with its investment ,income from broadcasting is likely to increase dramatically in the years ahead.
Clubs are also applying pressure to be allowed to show Saturday 3pm games on their own channels when tickets have been sold out.
For those clubs who can continue playing in the Premiership therefore the 'SKYS THE LIMIT'!

I'm bored and I have come up with the answer.

1: buy the stadium off the council for £20million
2: council uses the funds to go ahead with hafod bypass (taking advantage of welsh grant)
3: council uses the rest of the money for their mandatory cost savings
4: we tell the ospreys to feck off back to Neath
5: we spend £1275.46 on redecorating the riverside, removing all the rugby memorabilia
6: sell Vorm to pay for the landore railway junction
7: sell tiendalli to pay for the eviction of any gypsies in the axis court park & ride
8: sell Chico, Poseulo & Tremmelto to fund point 9 below
9: tell harvester & Frankie & benny to feck off... Turn these into swans bar & swans restaurant
10: put Tatey in charge of the restaurant & trundle in charge of the pub.

There,

Please look at my thread today re Morfa Distributor Road Scheme.

Thanks for that, is the Hafod the only road issue prevent the 'go ahead'?

As I previously asked, is there anything stopping the club completing phase 1 of the expansion in the summer break in preperation for the road modifications, once they get the 'green light'?

Oh please let the "Clubs are also applying pressure to be allowed to show Saturday 3pm games" be true! It's a f**king minefield running a pub!

You realise it'll most likely be so the games are shown in the away teams stadium only
