Ignoring the obvious 8-0 thumping from way back we have had some recent upturn in fortune in East London.
Any memories of any games down there as we look forward to another long away day at the weekend.
The 4-1 mauling we dished out a few years back excercised plenty of demons for me...
2 goals from Lambert after a Holt opener put us in control... some happy memories from this period although looking at the line up we had one or two very average league 2 players back then!!

I don't think I've been so incensed at a decision in my life!
A goal I remember well there was at the first game I took the now Mrs CD to, in 2001. We were 4-0 down and 'came back' to lose 4-2. The second of which was a fantastic instep volley from the edge of the box by Kevin Townson, who'd come on to replace the truly awful Paul Wheatcroft. Even their fans applauded.
