Its very much a look up rather than look down this year 22:14 - Dec 2 with 1678 views | Parlay | There are great chances for decent points in every month until the end of the season looking at the fixture list. We will have our most successful Premier League season under Monk this year, of that I have no doubt at all.

Think it must be years and years of disappointment, and doing things 'the Swansea Way', before the last 10 years which have been amazing. Still cant believe how far we've come, and enjoying every single minute.

Another 14 points should guarantee us safety this year and by the rate we're going could be achieved by mid January ! I hope so because if love us to have some favourable draws and go hell for leather in the FA cup. That could be Garry's destiny this year, to lead us to our first ever FA cup win.

I really fancy us for three wins and two draws (against Liverpool & Spurs) That would see us on 33 points going to a winnable match at QPR on New Year's Day
Its very much a look up rather than look down this year on 09:43 - Dec 3 with 1318 views | perchrockjack | Well, I can believe where we are and I ll tell thee why. Several years ago, our basket case club was taken over by men with a vision and guts to implement a plan for top grade football. They succeeded and in doing so didn't run up massive debt. Managers and players were specifically acquired to deliver this plan . As of now, we have by far the strongest squad so quite some are still thinking backwards to bygone days when we did often fook up I really don't know. THE CROWD were pretty quiet Saturday and last night for long periods also while we were trying to break Rob GREEN S virtuoso performance . We need the crowd beind the team for all the game . Bony, to me ,has yet to reach his potential and when he does God help us all as all . Siggy is just a warrior and hopefully a long term career with us awaits .Ideally we should tie this guy down for life if possible. Britton just comes back and fits straight in so Jonjo is going to have to be patient as Ki is outstanding although he was "woeful" against Palace. ! yeah, beats me too. We ve replaced a downbeat, disinterested one season wonder in Vorm with a guy who is and will prove to be our best ever keeper by a mile. A fantastic acquisition seemingly still under the radar of pundits GREAT DAYS ,so no need to look down, no need to worry about surviving .Anyway, to me,QPR will go back where they belong, hopefully with Palace and I think Leicester who might well sack Pearson. Im biased admittedly as I don't like any London club and Leicester is just shuite

Spurs seem to have the heebiegeebies over us but they are so sh*te this season it's unreal. At home on my birthday I demand them put to the sword lol . Seriously though II would say we would get a draw at Hull and a home wine against Spurs on current form, and we do have the knack of pulling out great performances against the "big" clubs. 2-1 to us I say

Frustrating as it would be (it's the Swansea Way) I'd love us to pull off two wins against Liverpool and Spurs, even if we draw against Villa & Hull | | | | Login to get fewer ads

While I am very optimistic this season and we are continuing to improve, we are still a long way from a guaranteed Premier fixture and fitting, if we ever will be. Bigger clubs than us struggle so I'll temper my optimism with caution. So, I'll be looking both ways!!

I think this is probably the weakest PL we've participated in. If Southampton are top 4 and West Ham under allardyce 6th it's kind of hard not to draw that conclusion. Or maybe we ARE a fixture and fitting? It's a toughie innit??

Yep, even Mr Swanduck Snr will be sleeping easily ;) 24 games left though isn't it? 'Relegation form' would give us a total 46 points. I reckon we'll get around 56 (and obviously win the FA Cup Gaz!)

Aye 24 games, we probably need 14 more points as we will invariably have a better GD than the teams below us which will virtually give us 37 points.

Its very much a look up rather than look down this year on 13:56 - Dec 3 with 1018 views | skippyjack | Massive game Sunday.. to keep our Champions League hopes alive (this isn't tongue in cheek).. all the lower league clubs are rooting for us.. we're the only 'real' football club In this position.. no billionaire owners.. we're that pain in the arse that doesn't shut up.. or do as we're told.. we just take the piss.. we are a mad club.. we've got the chance to get players believing in football again.. because football has become predictably soulless.. let's do something for the lower leagues and football.. let's make football possible again.. I haven't seen us be Swansea this season.. I've seen glimpses.. but I haven't seen that performance that marks a season.. true football is right behind us.. BELIEVE! Plus we're going into London.. let's stick two fingers up to the Capitol [Post edited 3 Dec 2014 14:04]

Its very much a look up rather than look down this year on 14:14 - Dec 3 with 956 views | Jokeren1943 | Our defense has for the last couple of year been okay. The real difference is Gylfi and Ki who give a better balance in Swanseas offensive game. Our offense is far more unpredictable because Gylfi is far better playmaker then Michu (who was a far better striker) Shelvey and Ki at the same time give more power and balance to our midfield. We are not so easy to score against in counterattacks. They can both play hard and are both very gifted offensive players. [Post edited 3 Dec 2014 14:20]
