Corbyn 4 ( 5? 6?) 16:58 - Jan 17 with 16768 viewsblueytheblue

Can't remember what the number for this thread wouldbe...

So to sum it up, Corbyn's views are :-

Have nuclear submarines without nukes; after all you can get veggie burgers which are like burgers. With Veggies only in.
Talk to Argentina despite nobody on the Falklands ( including the penguins ) wanting to be ruled by the Argies.
Talk to ISIS because a nice cup of tea, comfy chair and informal discussion on Marxism and the impact on Kim Kardashian's arse will make Daesh realise their desire for a worldwide Islamic State is a tad silly
Allow secondary strikes and flying pickets because what the world really, really lacks right now is a good acapella group.

We were preventing the Tories from doing whatever they wanted dipshit.

We were helping to clear up your party's mess.
You've got a fukking cheek stating that anyone else "swims in the sewer" when you voted for people who;
Invaded Iraq,
Lied to parliament and the electorate to make this happen,
Dealt with Gaddaffi,
Charged the likes of Google zero, GOT THAT, ZERO% tax,
Oversaw the decline of our manufacturing sector at a steeper curve than under Thatcher,
Imported cheap foreign labour on an unprecedented scale in this country....which drove down the wages of the British working class....and all because you thought the immigrants would vote Labour. Fukking shameful!
Cosied up to the city, ushering in even lighter touch regulation...that turned out well didn't it.
Ran a deficit for years when we were SUPPOSEDLY BOOMING! That one is really fukking dumb.
Sold off the countries gold reserves at rock bottom prices.
Created a housing crisis,
Did NOTHING on building nuclear power stations,
Gave the GP's a gobble whilst passing on a large pay hike....how not to negotiate with the NHS on behalf of the taxpayers.
Gave away the EU rebate in return for what exactly?

....need I go on?

and you accuse the Lib Dems of "swimming in the sewer". Wake up.

Peter Mandelson - "We are intensley relaxed about people getting filthy rich..."

You are of course, joking.

And if you are going to quote Peter Mandelson, then do have the basic decency to give the whole sentence: "We are intensely relaxed about people getting filthy rich, AS LONG AS THEY PAY THEIR TAXES." You probably agree.

Let's just remember that the Labour party handed over an economy that was no better or worse than any other country's AND WHICH WAS GROWING AGAIN at the time of the General Election. You and your fellow plonkers in the Tory party then created years of recession with tax cuts that did nothing for the country, or even for cutting the deficit.

Is the Deficit bigger or smaller than when the Labour Government left office, by the way? Serious Question - does anyone know?

"Imported cheap foreign labour on an unprecedented scale in this country....which drove down the wages of the British working class." What are you babbling about - free movement of labour within the EU? If you are a Liberal Democrat, then that's your own party's policy, you hypocrite.

Gordon Brown selling off a lot of our gold reserves? Yes, I do agree with you that that was a mistake. In fact he should have sold off ALL of them. You probably know that we still have more gold reserves than Germany does, for instance. But the price of gold has been falling in value for the last few years, and you don't get dividends from it. It would be better to have sold off all of it and put the money into the equivalent of an equities fund, just like Norway has done.

British gas profits up by 31%. Just think , that money could be going into the country's coffers instead of flying off into carpetbaggers already overflowing bank accounts. You can bet your life that this is happening in every former state owned concern .

Come on Jeremy. Get elected and renationalize the lot. Give back to the people what is rightfully theirs and put the Tories , Blair and Brown on trial for larceny and treason against the British people .

You walked right into that one didn't you...

Of course that is how the sentence ended and what do we now know about Labour's attitude to tax collection?
Facebook - £4k/year
Google - £0

The coalition government set about tackling tax dodgers. Why weren't the LABOUR party concerned with this issue hmmm?

If the cuts weren't necessary why did the Labour party run on an austerity ticket?
If the future looked bright why did the Labour leadership want no part of a coalition government with us?

Re: Deficit
Take a look at this graph; https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=uk+deficit+graph&espv=2&biw=1366&bih=643&sourc

Do you concede?
You'll note that the deficit between what we spend and what we bring in was at it's largest in the last year of Labour government....you know, when everything was obviously so rosy in the garden.
It is the overall debt that has grown, as it was always going to....unless you are going to tell me with a straight face that the Labour party had a super dooper plan to eliminate the deficit the day after the 2010 election.
The Labour hierarchy knew full well what a mess we were in and what would necessarily have to be done....that's why they cynically ducked out of a possible coalition with us.
THE POLITICS OF "EVERYONE CAN HAVE MORE, MORE FUNDING, MORE EGO STROKING, MORE MILK AND HONEY" IS EASY POLITICS.
LEADING A NATION THROUGH A DIFFICULT TIME WHERE EVERYONE HAS TO MAKE SOME SACRIFICES IS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT MATTER....AND THE LABOUR PARTY HAVE PROVEN TO BE NOT UP TO IT.

I've long disagreed with my party on the subject of Europe. When the admittance into the EU of Eastern European economies happened the Labour party should have either opposed it or sought to attach conditions to our acquiescence..you know GOVERN.
Anyway, between 2004 and 2010 EU immigration never exceeded 200,000 a year whereas total immigration bobbed along at around 600,000.

Don't believe me?
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-30243472

I find it very interesting that you seek to defend your party's immigration policy as Ed Milliband era Labour apologised to the British public....typically disin-fukking-genuous.
UK public are all bigots though aren't they.

Re: the Gold fire sale.
So he should have sold off more of our gold at rock bottom prices instead of hanging on for the price of gold to go up....which it did.
It fukking sky rocketed a few years ago.....but we would have all been better off selling more when the price of gold was at historically low levels?
Don't ever go into business will you.

The standard of this, typical, Labour patter is why your party are not trusted by the electorate any longer.

So you think that because Labour didn't tax these w*nkers which helped cause the deficit and you criticize them for it but that makes it OK for the Tories to carry that policy onwards? So you're OK for the likes of these multinationals to get away with this and OK obviously with crippling the worst off in this society then.

What if by some twist of fate it was you still living in your council house in port Talbot being threatened more tax or even eviction because one of the kids has left home?

Don't pontificate to us when your party dropped their knickers to the Tories faster than Cardiff supporters did to Vincent Tan . You sold out your principles to enable the Tories to smash our welfare state for four years in coalition. Remember the power well because you'll never experience it again

Some of Jeremy Corbyn's "very good friend" Ibrahim Hewitt's views;

On Homosexuality (and adultery)

- “An evil practice which could corrupt and pollute the whole society.”

- “While such punishments may seem cruel, they have been suggested to maintain the purity of the society and to keep it clean of perverted elements, allowing for the spiritual development of its members in an ideal environment. The spread of this depraved practice in a society disrupts its natural life pattern and makes those who practice it slaves to their lusts, depriving them of decent taste, decent morals, and a decent manner of living.”

- “…these days anyone who declares that homosexuality is a perverted way of life — as Muslims must — is accused of intolerance. Muslims believe, though, that such behavior has been forbidden by Allah for very real reasons and if we ignore his guidance there are bound to be harmful effects on society. Tragically, HIV has now spread to the innocent through unfaithful husbands and wives, infected blood transfusions, as well as to children born to infected parents. If people had all followed the way of life of Islam, no one would have suffered and died from AIDS.”

- “Any act that destabilizes marriage will also destabilize society,” Hewitt wrote. “Hence the Islamic punishments for such acts are severe… Married men and women found guilty of adultery are to be stoned to death… Islam, like most other major faiths of the world, categorically forbids homosexual practices (sexual relations between two men or between two women), regarding them as a great sin. In a society under Islamic law, such would be severely punished… If people have such desires [homosexuality], they should keep them to themselves, and control their desires to avoid forbidden practices. The advice would be the same as, say, to someone who had sexual desires for minors or for close family: that having the desires does not legitimize realizing them.”

On Gender equality and marriage

- “Islam recognizes the leadership of men over women, but it does not recognize the domination of one over the other… If a woman is unable to satisfy the sexual or other needs of her husband he may consider taking another wife, rather than the common Western practice of secretly taking a mistress.”

On adoption

- “For example, once [an] ‘adopted son’ has reached the age of puberty he would, under Islamic law, be forbidden to mix socially with the women in the household with whom he has no blood link and he is not their relative, so they must wear full Islamic dress in front of him, something they would not do in front of their own sons, brothers, nephews, uncles and others to whom they are prohibited from being married. The same would be true for a girl who would have to wear Islamic dress at all times in front of her ‘adopted father’ and the male members of the family to whom she could be married because of the missing close blood link. An exception to this would be if the adopted child is taken into the family home as a baby and is suckled by the mother of the house. After reaching adulthood the adopted child would then be unable to marry any of its ‘brothers’ or ‘sisters’ who had suckled from the same mother and would thus be able to mix in the home as a close member of the family.”

On apostasy

- “For the crime of apostasy, it should be borne in mind that in an Islamic state, Islam is the basis of the state, not just the state religion. Any act of apostasy that results in open rebellion against Islam is, therefore, an act of treason. Even in Britain, the penalty for high treason is death.”

On Music being "Haram" (forbidden)

- Here’s the argument Hewitt made in 'What Does Islam Say?' about why Muslims shouldn’t listen to most classical music:
“…the overture Romeo and Juliet by Tchaikovsky or any one of a number of ‘boy meets girl’ operas (e.g. Carmen by Bizet) portray concepts that are alien to Islamic beliefs (i.e. premarital intimacy). Sacred works, such as Vivaldi’s Gloria, promote Trinitarian Christian beliefs, again in contradiction to Islamic teachings.”

Would any of our resident Labour supporters like to defend Jezza's "friendship" with this man?
and..
should a politician who cultivates such friendships be put forward as leader of our country?

I have a friend with stupid views. I disagree with him on basically every opinion he has. Most of the time we don't mention the topics... and when we do we have a bicker about it, and I tell him he is ridiculous. If I were to become Prime Minister, I wouldn't suddenly hold all of his views instead of mine..?

Contrary to what many believe, it is possible to form your own opinions on things/people instead of just holding the last opinion you heard from someone else (especially Murdoch)...

Did you see that ludicrous display last night?

hmmmm....but

1) You are not a politician

2) Corbyn the politician met his friend through their work on behalf of anti-Israel groups such as 'Interpal' (Hewitt is the co-founder) and MEMO (another group based at Crown House with strong sympathies for Hamas;
MEMO’s director, Daud Abdullah, is a leader of the Muslim Brotherhood-linked British Muslim Initiative, set up and run by the Brotherhood activist Anas al-Tikriti and two senior figures in Hamas)

3) Consider this;

"Mr Corbyn and MEMO co-sponsored the visit to Britain and to Parliament of an Israel-based anti-Semitic extremist, Sheikh Raed Saleh, found by a British court to have spread the classic “blood libel” against Jews, the claim that they use the blood of gentile children to make their bread. Mr Saleh, who also describes Jews as “monkeys” and “bacteria,” claims that 9/11 was a Jewish plot and that the Jews employed at the World Trade Center were warned not to come into work that day.
But he was strongly defended by Mr Corbyn, who congratulated him on defeating Government moves to exclude him from Britain, called him “a very honoured citizen who represents his people extremely well” and said he “looked forward to giving you tea on the [House of Commons]terrace.”
Mr Corbyn has met the leadership of Hamas, including Mr Haniyeh, several times, but they are not the only terror group he has had dealings with. He has also praised, and spoken on platforms with, representatives of the Iranian-backed Hezbollah, and once shared a platform with the Black September hijacker, Leila Khaled. In November 2012, Mr Corbyn hosted a meeting in Parliament with Mousa Abu Maria, a member of the banned terrorist group Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
Mr Abu Maria claimed at the time that he was no longer involved in the group, but was photographed as recently as May of that year holding a poster of support for PIJ terrorists.
The same year, Mr Corbyn also agreed to speak alongside two of Britain’s leading domestic bigots, Abdurraheem Green and Wasim Kempson, at a conference held at Arsenal FC’s Emirates stadium. The club barred Mr Green from its premises at the last minute after learning that he advocates a husband’s right to beat his wife.
Green has also stated that “whoever claims that the Jew and the Christian are our brethren in faith has without doubt made a statement of clear kufr [disbelief]” and quotes a saying of the Prophet that “if you find a Jew or Christian walking down the street, push them to the side.”
Mr Corbyn’s visit to Iran, in January last year, was partly financed by Ardeshir Naghshineh, a British-based Iranian property entrepeneur who once owned Centre Point but lost most of his fortune after many of his businesses were placed into administration with massive debts to Lloyds Bank. He still has substantial wealth, but is described by the chief executive of his Targetfollow Group, Corin Thoday, as someone who is “very keen to keep [his sources of finance] confidential.”

and

4) He is leader of the Labour party. He should be for gay rights, for gender equality, for shutting down hate speech (such as claiming the Jews are harvesting the blood of our children and should be pushed into the sea.
etc.
Not legitimizing people who hold such abhorrent views.

There is a valid reason these animals were driven from the Fringes of the European pasturelands many times in the last 1200 years. It's because our ancestors recognised the suffocating toxic plague of this vile death cult. They must be spinning in their graves as they see us feeding these cuckoos and indulging their shit behaviour.

It amuses me that as ever, when push comes to shove, the deluded left will be hiding and pissing their pants behind the shirttails of those they previously called bigots and racists as the streetfighters of this World save their sorry arses from rape, murder and being overrun.

It amuses me that as ever, when push comes to shove, the deluded left will be hiding and pissing their pants behind the shirttails of those they previously called bigots and racists as the streetfighters of this World save their sorry arses from rape, murder and being overrun.

Labour Party has a problem with anti-semitism...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-35810636

Ex-minister Angela Smith told BBC Radio 4's The World at One there was "accumulating evidence" that there was a problem in the party and Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn "could do more" to emphasise that there was "no place" for anti-Semitism and to "stamp it out".

Labour, the nasty party.

Hardly nasty is it. Nasty would be, 'Fukk Israel and their land grab, fukk Balfour, fukk Lord Rothschild, fukk the UK and US governments for their support of one country taking over another, and fukk every country that has been silent about it since.'

Just giving an example.

If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face--forever.

There's no hypocrisy like Labour Party hypocrisy.

If a poster on here posted something like;
"I've got the solution for our Islamic terrorism problem...round up all of the Muslims and ship them back to Pakistan/Bangladesh. They'll be welcome there and can have their Sharia law.
Best thing is it will only cost X amount of years of what we have to shell out on the security services to monitor them"

That person would be roundly castigated. Labelled a racist/Islamophobe.
Posters on here would be queuing up to condemn the person saying this.

A Labour MP says that about Jews and the Labour Party try to get away with merely asking her to apologise.
I draw your attention to this issue on here and so far only one response....and shamefully the response is in defence of the Labour MP, an attempt to minimise what she said.

So, like I said, the "nasty party".

Thre is no defence for what she said and should be sacked, but to call the labour party the nasty party when you have a party that

Lied about Hillsborough
Turned away 3000 migrant Children
Voted to cut disability by 30 quid
Smear junior doctors
Want to repeal human rights
Anti trade union bill

Is just laughable

The hair and the beard have gone I am now conforming to society, tis a sad day The b*stards are coming back though

ummmm....I'm a Lib Dem.
You are laughable.

I've watched the Labour Party and their supporters get on their collective high horse and smear/label other people and political parties for years.
You now have a party that has become a home for anti Semites and a safe haven for UK citizens who openly support people who oppose everything our country stands for, starting at the top;
