Black aphids I'd say. Little buggers at this time of year. Easily removed - being not too organically minded I tend to blast them with a bug spray - but they'll drain the sap out of your plants if left too long.

Alternatively a small army of ladybirds will enjoy wiping them out!

You can buy spider mites from any head shop (they can be sent through the post).

They'll eat up the buggers like there's no tomorrow.
