He clearly doesn't have a development policy nor a transfer strategy, that's what the club do. So that leaves us with his tactical ability, motivation and coaching as we see it on a matchday.
For me he is tactically niave at times but does display an ability to change thugs quickly when they are going wrong. I like him as a person from what I can gauge, and enjoy his increased understanding of English. I think he is average but average this season may well be best for us all round.

Fer wanted five touches everytime and then passed backwards or sideways, Ki similar. I have no idea what Cork does at the moment and Sigurdsson should be ashamed of his pathetic contribution. Unfortunately for him, his best defender, top goalscorer and number of other playing options were sold out from underneath him with virtually no real quality brought in to replace.
The squad have seen this and recognise the issue. Its why there is zero confidence amongst them. Players ike Gylfi dont turn shite overnight.
Our mindset as a squad and as a club has been ruined by those who are now multimillionaires by cashing in. It all starts from the top im afraid. People can ruin FG if they want, but their anger should be directed elsewhere. |  |

People are already (understandably) calling for FG's head, but i highly doubt anyone coming in would make a huge difference.
The players and the fans and club as a whole just need to recognise that its going to be tough, dig in and get on with it. As much as it pains me to say it, we need to look at how the likes of Sunderland dig themselves out year on year and do exactly that. If we dont show backbone, we are gone. Forget the pretty stuff now, its miles away, we dont have the players to do it anymore anyway.

It isn't good enough he makes pre match decisions that he isn't happy with during the game as he is constantly changing things after a first half of mistakes. Ok it's good that he does, but this for me shows a manger who doesn't have an idea who to play at the back because he doesn't have players good enough to fill the role.

I can't really see a way out for him at the moment. If ManC bury us this week as they really ought to, and the Scousehouse do us over the week after, and Arsenal after that, he has nowhere much left to go if we then don't get at least 4 points from Watford and Stoke. Today was his shot at taking the pressure off and he and the team f*cked it up (and Clasies right, it's his team now, however it was assembled). Now it's just praying for miracles.
