Yes and he was embarrassing. Paul Hall manages the Under 23s. Yet Ollie decided he was the manager shouting instructions to the team from the opposite side of the pitch from Paul Hall and contradicted many of Halls instructions. |
I remember going to Northwood when the reserves were playing games there. I can't remember who was running the reserves but Ollie was there watching with his wife and Kenny Jacket. I was standing next to them. Ollie was concentrating on Richard Pacquette and was more or less laughing at his performance. He played well. Considering he was playing against kids 10 years younger he didn't get done for pace once. Read the game well, played some lovely cross field passes to the wingers, can kick with both feet, won literally every header,but more importantly coached the kids at the back during the game. | | | |
