RT Rendezvous @ DW Soccerdome - Safety In Numbers for Rams? 21:53 - Apr 22 with 466 viewsRamsTrust

As the football season reaches its climax, Derby County are striving for safety in the Championship table and could secure their status at home to Burnley on Saturday, 22nd April (3.00 pm).

It’s all about safety in numbers at this stage for teams near the top or the foot of the table. Burnley requires at least three points to catch the top six clubs and compete for a play-off place.

Coventry’s 1-1 home draw with Scunthorpe United on Good Friday means that The Iron must win all their last 3 games and hope that Derby loses their four remaining matches to overhaul us. The Rams’ goal difference is superior to Scunthorpe’s by no less than 37 goals so Scunthorpe will need maximum points!

RamsTrust will hold their regular Rendezvous in the foyer of the DW Soccerdome right next door to the stadium before the game, between 11.00 am and 2.15 pm.

As it is St George’s Day, we’ll have an England theme! Derby County’s season is still sure to be the main talking point though, so come and have a natter with us on all Rams matters.

Let us know what you think. Are you happy with the club’s recent statement about squad investment and has it encouraged you to renew your season ticket? Will Messrs Clough and Glick deliver on the promises they made? What progress (if any) do you think the club has made this season?

We’ll be selling The RAM matchday programme and will have our selection of books, DVDs, badges and Rams-related gifts for sale - we’ll have special offers and end-of-season bargains while stocks last!

We’re also promoting two great charity matches featuring Ex-Rams and TV All-Stars, so we hope you’ll stop by to pick up some information on them so that you can book ticketsfor an enjoyable time, whilst supporting worthy causes.

Visit the Rendezvous before the Rams take on Burnley, to start off your Saturday football in the best possible way!

See you there!
