Well, there does seem to be a defensive fault-line running through the methods, training & tactics being practised at DCFC from junior to senior level.

The management need to address this damaging characteristic ASAP - before Mr. Appleby's positive spin is washed away with all the other "raging animal-waste-related" PR (i.e., GSE spin) that we've been putting up with for a few years now!
