i has this and it was the "donation" box, i had it on £0 but it wanted me to scroll to "no donation" to proceed....try that, took me 30 mins to suss it.

Had same problem but possibly due to me trying to book too many seats in Upper Loft (Members only?)

Worked fine afterwards in Ellerslie....

Never use one or two words when a couple of thousand will easily do
