RT Rendezvous @ DW Soccerdome: On-Song Canaries Put To Flight? 20:51 - Dec 3 with 181 viewsRamsTrust

Derby County are back home on Saturday, 4th December after an away defeat at Burnley and looking to extend their winning sequence at Pride Park Stadium to seven games. Norwich City will be trying to deny Derby that feat, with the Canaries close on Derby’s heels in the Championship top six.

A week is a long time in football and we’ve seen the Rams lose out at Turf Moor, opponents Norwich rout their closest rivals Ipswich Town and the failure of England’s bid to host the World Cup in 2018.

The RamsTrust Rendezvous will be at home in the DW Soccerdome right opposite the stadium before the big match from 11.00 am until 2.15 pm - come over and chat to us about the week’s events and the prospects for Saturday’s clash!

There’s always plenty to talk about; can the Rams overcome their soft underbelly in away games and underline their promotion credentials? What players does Mr Clough need in January 2011 when he has the chance to upgrade his squad? Tell us your opinion on the World Cup decisions and discuss with us how fans think that England can recover from the reversal.

Including Saturday’s Rendezvous, there are only two more matchday RamsTrust events before Christmas - so take your chance to carry out some Christmas shopping from our excellent books, DVDs and gifts range.

There’s something for every Rams-mad friend or family member including Christmas discount deals and one-off specials.

The classic ‘Match of the 70s’ DVD is a must for every Rams fan; we have signed copies of Wendy Dickinson’s superb account of the life of her father Peter Taylor in “For Pete’s Sake.”

Maurice Edwards’ in-depth look at Derby’s greatest managerial team, “A Right Pair” - obviously Brian Clough and Peter Taylor - is also an excellent read. These books are the two headline publications of 2010 and great reading for all Derby County fans.

You can also obtain both of Kev Moore’s excellent CDs - his Rams songs’ special-edition disc, “Fan Fayre for the Commons People”, and his fine new blues-rock solo disc “Blue Odyssey” are exclusively available in Derby from RamsTrust. We are giving away Kev’s new Christmas single “One Stranger” FREE with either of his fine CDs. Rock on, you Rams fans!

By purchasing merchandise from your trust, you help to sustain running costs and maintain an independent voice for Derby County supporters. Come to the Rendezvous on Saturday - solve your Christmas shopping matters and have a good old football natter! See you there!
