Tyrone Mears, ex-Prem & ex-Derby defender, who was an amusing ever present in the Prem League's worst defence last season, predictably wants out of Burnley ASAP.
In his little world, Mears no doubt also feels slighted about missing out on World Cup duty, and can't be doing with playing for Championship teams. He's asked for a move and wants Burnley to keep the fee down (to around £1million) so that he can carry on amusing us with his calamitous defending on MOTD next season for another unsuspecting Prem team.
I think his old manor at West Ham deserve him, don't they?
Or could his old boss wee Billy use his legendary charm (on Mears & the muppet transfer committee in Nothingham) to persuade him to play amongst all those lesser players in our league?
