A girl friend when I was 15 called Ophelia Balls. Followed by one called Petronella Cann. |

Hmmm, I am absolutely confident that the same rule will apply (clearly not retrospectively) to the left wing posts? I cannot wait for the spitting, venomous, typically ill-informed posts when Baroness Thatcher dies. |

Now that is the funniest thing I have heard for years. Fulham is a "bigger" club? Cheap seating, give away tickets, etc, etc. You've obviously only been an FFC fan for a few years 'cos you need to check history pal. When the doddery old Grocer dies you have to repay his executors £190m....hardly likely with your asset value methinks? |

Before everyone completely over-reacts, Martin Lipton is a Chelsea fan!! |

My understanding of yesterday’s episode is that, coming from the Cameroon as he does, he empathises with conditions of poverty, neglect, and hopelessness. Having been in the area since Friday his heart was touched by the conditions and, knowing that a simple gesture of kindness might give a child some encouragement that there could be a future for him, albeit grim, he decided to give his shirt to a young Swansea supporter. I know he feels that it was a touch shabby that by 1930 it was already on e-Bay although that sense of disappointment is mitigated to a certain extent as the bids may include food parcels. |

I heard the snap, sickening. Busby would have gone on to be a great player. I've never forgotten who did it either. He should have been sued and received a lengthy ban as he knew exactly what he was doing. |

Well I was in the loo having a pee with Tony Ingham and Trevor when Martin Allen came in and told us his wife was about to give birth and Trevor specifically told him that he could leave the hotel. Unfortunately Tony, god rest his soul, buckled under pressure when questioned later and said he didn't remember that. Tony always knew how unfortunate that was and as a result we lost a good and honest player. Martin will confirm that. Shabby behaviour by the club!!! |

As I remember Westwood was about 3 yards into their half and the referee deemed that he was "interfering with play" as the ball nestled in their net 50 yards away!! |

My son has 2 spare tickets now in block P4 (next to the QPR away end). He paid £130.00 for them but will consider any reasonable offer. [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]

New poster!!! Cheddar...I guess? I have been a close follower of this site for many years. 46 years as a QPR fan (terraces), season ticket holder, box holder, sponsor, director to boot. If.......and I stress, if, there is a suggestion that the "duffers" at the FA attempt now to suggest a points deduction is appropiate I promise that we will take them to the High Court on so many actions that their legal bill is greater than their income and they will need more lawyers than the last gate at the Under-23's. My barrister pal is straining at the lease to slap an injunction on them and their council members! Keep the faith and let the lawyers sort it out! Some people may know me but there is no mileage in "outing" me at this stage!! |
