Defo Red.
Not sure about the penalty unless it was against Marshall.

And Michu, Shelvey & Dyer got a good few game minutes in which will hopefully help no end over the last 7 games

Nearly as bad as the Bony/Podolski non-penalty incident.
To be fair, we've not had the rub of the green with referees this season imo.

Do you think we'll go down
at 01:40 16 Mar 2014

Aye, maybe he has.
What a great footballer he's been for us though. Perhaps his legs have gone now or maybe he's not fit?
Taylor at RB... could be a good shout to be fair. We certainly have a problem there at the moment.

I have to say that the last two home games have been decided mostly by a lack of athleticism from our lads and Neil would certainly counter that either side of a back 4.
TBH we just look knackered and blown out all over the pitch at the moment. It's almost like Anfield and Naples were a touch too much.

Morfa Parking
at 00:45 16 Mar 2014

Big problem around the Liberty to be fair.

Whilst I can understand people risking the penalties from deliberately flouting the parking regulations in the retail park, I must say that having used the Council run car park adjacent to the Morrisons Petrol Station I cannot for the life of me have any sympathy whatsoever..

I share a car with fellow supporters and on cold/wet winter nights (some of them elderly) they really don't appreciate the walk from further away so we chip in together and pay the £6 fee to park in the official SCC car park.
Sadly, it takes us absolutely ages to actually exit the place after the game due to the excessive amount of traffic leaving the retail park which blocks the exit of the official SCC car park.

We used to use the park and ride in Llansamlet which the Gypsies overran and then the Landore Park & Ride but this is no longer available on match days.

So we now pay £6 per game for evening kick offs so you bunch of barstuards can wave at us when you drive on by.
It would be great if SCC could open the rear of said car park on to Nantong Way as that would eradicate many traffic flow issues and encourage more people to use the matchday facilities.

A couple of ideas for Garry....
Give Jazz a run at full back, Rangel is clearly struggling on almost every level. Dwight isn't the answer either, that's for sure.
Don't play JDG as an AM. If he has to play, play him with either Leon of Canas (on today's showing that's not Canas then). We missed his creativity in the middle today, wish he could tackle though.....
Don't play Michu as an AM this season, we simply haven't got the time for him to find his form. Use him as a replacement for Bony and leave Hernandez & Shelvey play AM when (if!) fit.
Wrap Nathan up in cotton wool. I know he's got his critics on here but boy do we miss him when he doesn't play.

I know that Lamar scored today and can cause the opposition real problems due to them not knowing what he's going to do (does he?) but please stop giving him a pie and a pint at half time, it's really not helping....

Jeez, you guy don't realize how good you have it, lol
I get an absolute maximum of around 2.5MB/s which generally drops to around 0.5MB/s at peak times.

We're due to get fibre here somewhere around 2050 if we're really really good.

at 21:18 2 Mar 2014

Spot on.

And Pulis isn't stupid. You could see that Palace were set up to park the bus in the first half and have a real go in the second knowing that our boys were going to be seriously tired.
They got a lucky break to score the equalizer in the end but it looked like it had been coming for a while.

Saying that, Vorm needs a fcuking slap. Stupid pr1ck!

Euro Car Parks?

I'm not sure whether you'd be interested but I found a thread about these type of issues on a Consumer Forum:

It's quite an interesting read. Be sure to click on the various links, they are well worth reading.

Two Questions.
at 23:13 2 Feb 2014

ML does not target results against the 'top' sides. He tell us that, fact.
My thoughts:
We appear to play a percentage possession game in these cases to reduce the likelihood of giving the ball away. This means that we play in front of teams and try and keep the ball and don't risk losing possession by taking a player on to get to the byline. Neither do we send runners beyond the ball against the 'top' teams which greatly reduces our threat, we very rarely outnumber the opposition in their third of the pitch.
Maybe this tactic is used to try and reduce the possibility of heavy defeats and to maintain a reasonable goal difference, also often a tactic used to conserve energy (small squad, lots of games anyone)?
In my opinion it's also a tactic which can be overused and can sap a player's confidence by playing 'within' themselves too often. Don't sit in the comfort zone for too long, it's not good for you....

Now if we pick up a few more wins and just need to survive the season without conceding too many goals on the break them it may prove to be a sound tactic. Hopefully this will be the case but with the current form it seems likely that we're going to have to kick-on and change up a gear or two for more than just the odd 15 minutes at the end of a match.

Last season we sometimes burned out after the first 15 minutes of a match and didn't get going again until the last 20 minutes or so. Finding a tempo is key for our style of football, the killer for us is if our passing game doesn't get going early on. Opposition teams focus on this now and try and squeeze us early on, disrupt and upset out rhythm.

Maybe we should mix it up a bit as we do seem to be a bit naive at times? The guys who were making early runs off the ball earlier on in the season don't seem to be doing it so much now. Loss of confidence? Apathy? Fatigued?

If we can regain our mojo after a very difficult and tiring couple of months and maybe instead of expecting to win against our peers just focus on increasing our tempo and trying to win matches instead of just trying to avoid defeat then we'll still be in the EPL next season.
If not, well I think I'll leave that one until at least next week....

To be fair he tried his best to get into some decent positions but WH's penalty area was too full of 6ft + clumpers by that point in the game for him to show what he can do.

So who do you think will be relegated?
at 17:33 1 Feb 2014

I know that many of us are a little worried at the moment but if you look through the teams in the bottom half of the table and what fixtures they have remaining, which three do you think go down?
