They did, but he has only just come back from long term sick. He is still on light duties. He has got a mate who can help him though, many hands make light work.

What happened in the sandy this evening. The paramedics seemed to be there a while. Saw him stretchered off but he was sat up so I don't think it was anything too serious. |

What exactly are you training for?
If it is for altitude, you can't train for it, either your body can take it or it can't.
Its all about your bodys ability to produce red blood cells, the ones that carry oxygen around.
If its for general fitness then its all about spending as much time in the hills as you can.

Did Killi about 10 years ago, did a smaller mountain in the area called meru to acclimatise first. The secret is to take it very slowly, and don't rush of like a racing snake. Its not difficult, most people summit who attempt it. |

Just look at the title of the post, via twitter i would assume.
For me i would keep,
Lucas as a reserve keeper / coach.
Widds, didn't rate him at first but the lads come good.
JK, hes had a couple of really shocking games but haven't they all!!
Jones, he has the heart for the club.... apart from when he considered going to Bradford but that could have just been a ruse for a higher salary.
Adams, i personally think he has got what it takes, but it needs the right gaffer to bring it out of him.
JLAA, great impact player, the game goes up a tempo when he comes on.
I would like to say Grimes but he thinks the club owes him a living, he is lazy and has a bad attitude, again i think the right gaffer could change that.
Long...... if only!!

Ok, but apart from being one of the longest serving managers for a single team, taking Accy from strenght to strenght all on a shoe string budget, and earning the total respect of all the players who have ever worked under him. What else have the Romans...... sorrry Coleman ever done!!!!!
I hope you have a large keep net sunshine, you caught quite a few there.

I have heard this from another source as well. Nicky didn't get on to well with CB. Now that there is light at the end of the tunnel perhaps he may change his mind and stop with us.
I personally rate the lad, he gives 100% the vast majority of the time and i think with the right guidance would be a top class player for the Dale. He is one of a few of the players for the club i would be genuinely disappointed if he left us for pastures new. |
