Whilst I,m not wallowing in the fact that two people are now unemployed, I am kind of hoping, no praying , that we finally might start to entertain and hopefully win some games playing with some FOOKIN WINGERS. Maybe we might see some crosses come into the box and some goal mouth action. Its not too much to ask now is it ? |

Very naive comment. If we like it or not customer service plays a part in the commercial aspects of the club. Bad service consistently equals no customers. I agree i would buy a ticket off the club even if when i walked up to the counter someone mooned at me and called me a tw@t - cos I am a Dale fan. Its the casuals I worry about who haven't quite got the blue blood yet.
In general the customer service levels at the club are very high, especially if you are lucky enough to enjoy a sponsorship day which I did recently. I hoping the ticket office was just having a bad day. |

Bought some tickets today for the game saturday. Felt like I was an irritant interfering with the conversation that was taking place, no welcome or jack s@it

Slow down there Pioneer, G was speaking fresh from a very emotional day. whilst we of course are sympathetic to anyone who has had a loss, your father in law included, G was not having a dig at Manchester Clubs, more showing his appreciation for the Dale response.

I attended the funeral today . He was a true Dale fan and Sandy Lane regular.The service mentioned our win against Bury and it brought a smile on an otherwise sad afternoon. If its true about the players and staff coming onto the main road to pay their respects then thats fantastic.
Not sure about a minutes silence at the game he would much prefer everyone in the Radcliffe to raise a glass to a chorus of Dale..Dale ...Dale... and of course beat Bury every year. |

I agree with most of that. When a Company is in trouble you don't get a junior accounts clerk running the Finance dept..despite how good their education is , they simply don't have the experience .
I believe Chris beech is a good coach but not quite ready for pulling us out of the mire that we find ourselves in. ...I hope he stays with us. |

For gods sake some of you on here have written the season off already. We have 41 games to play and everything to play for. We have had a bad start but is that totally unexpected with so many new players fitting into the team and system ? Homer has only played a few minutes and already he's been declared crap and we need a new striker !!
....its 5 games that's all.... |

On hearing the news its still a shock despite the warnings and speculation.
I will be forever grateful to Keith and Flicker for the promotion and play off final, and near miss, and the way in which we attacked teams after the dross of Parkin. Our standard of play during that period was better than anything I can remember- Accy away (Higgy) still brings a smile. And of course this season, some great wins over teams that expected to come here and spank us.
So Keith and team are heading over the hills where accents are thicker than ours and It would be easy to get all bitter and twisted, and whilst your angry that's understandable and biblical references can slip out. I wish them well.
Timing is not great,but for me this is an opportunity to push on again. Chris Beech could well be a master tactician and motivator and even have a good relationship with the fans! And if Chris is not quite ready then there will be a fair old pile of C.V.'s in the mail to choose from.
We have a problem to solve but have been here before and I have confidence in this Board to sort it.
Onwards and upwards.
