Not perhaps a legend, but a cult-hero in the 99/00 season as we got promoted. The Jamaican international arrived jet-lagged and within a few hours, took to the Vetch Field stage where he scored two goals, the second a brilliant chip from 30 yards. We won that game against Rotherham two nil and he contributed a further 9 goals as our top scorer and we won the Third Division Championship. Probably most famous for the quickest ever sending off - elbowing a Darlington player before play had re-started from his substitution. Nevertheless, in the two seasons he was with us, he more than contributed to the headlines, and there was never a dull moment.
