We've raided the history books (or rather searched on wikipedia) to come up with a side made up entirely of players who have played for both Dale and Southend ahead of this Friday's game at Roots Hall.

The usual disclaimer exists in that we're not claiming this to be a best of, or a worst of, it's just a bunch of players for whom Rochdale v Southend would be the perfect testimonial.
