Thought I'd make this separate from the main thread because you fancy a lot might start to happen.

Non-leagues below Step 3 started at the weekend with fans. Seemed to go relatively well, but now Merthyr Town are asking for a season's hibernation from the Southern League because being in Wales they can't have fans in. IoM, IoW and Guernsey have already been granted these.

Meanwhile Macclesfield went bust and Wigan's administrators released an interesting statement:

TBH the behaviour from clubs in the Championship and below has astounded me, unless everyone is in play as you play contracts, there are going to be clubs going to the wall left, right and centre.
