As I understand it the agreed share transfer from Andrew Kelly to the Trust was put on hold due to legal action in relation to the hostile takeover. Now that this has fallen through, can this transfer take place asap. For anyone that isn't aware, if the trust have ownership of these share this will take us over the magical 50% of shares in safe hands and ensure the safety of the club | |
