A bit late to the party but agree with all the above. A brilliant listen - many thanks guys. It is often said how important team spirit and unity in the dressing room is and the togetherness of the squad at that time was clearly second to none. Interesting that a few unnamed senior players in the Gillingham play-off season were disrupting the dressing room and at the end of the season were shown the door. The rest is history, Looking forward to listening to part 2. |

Poor first half. Hogans distribution IS ok but its not difficult when you pass it 5 yards sideways. Gordon very disappointing - seems to be under orders to pass backwards to Hogan. Why on earth he doesn't turn and go forward I'll never know. East seems to be playing deep - our best games are when he plays further forward, Allarakhia might as well not be on the pitch - noone seems to want to pass to him, Barlow is having a good game. Need a much higher tempo in the second half, |

Congratulation Jim and all the players. A great win. Its been hard watching Dale in recent years but these truly are good times. Long may they continue. |

Oh dear. This is starting to feel like a “Forever Bury” situation and we all know how that ended up. This needs nipping in the bud - sooner rather than later. If you can’t stand the heat don’t go in the kitchen. |

Heads up for anyone collecting their season cards - they're in the club shop rather than the ticket office. Also anyone renewing their ticket - you also need to do that in the club shop too (unless its a match day then you can do it at the ticket office). Beware though if you are renewing, the club has upgraded its computer system and all previously stored data for season ticket holders has been lost / not transferred to the new one so a simple 5 minute job now takes considerably longer. Don't therefore rock up at the ticket office at 2.30 on Saturday to do it - could be long queues. |

Thanks for that DA. Personally, given the current ownership structure, the necessary confidentiality and the recent establishment of CAB, I don't think it is necessary (or required or needed or whatever word you may wish to choose). One thing I would say however is that IF there is to be one, the elected person must be entirely respectable and trustworthy with the skill and knowledge to challenge where appropriate and not there just to enjoy the hospitality. |

Thats interesting. Even more profitable than the FA Trophy? (No idea how much, if any, profit we made from that.) |

Great idea James and I would suggest also that they could be redeemable preference shares. I guess there are a good few fans with "spare" money in a building society earning a paltry amount of interest that might now consider investing in the club given the current ownership structure. Many fans pumped a lot of their hand earned cash into the club over recent years. I think its fair to say the vast majority if not all of them fully accepted that their "investment" was actually more of a donation. Whilst a redeemable preference share issue wouldn't be without risk for "investors" it would IMHO be an acceptable risk whilst providing equity funding for the club at a favourable cost. |
