Even on grim rainy days it's a wonderful area. Been today, had a lovely time. Solva for lunch, St David's , Porthgain, then up the coast to Aberystwyth for supper. Just home.

I wish you children would stop bickering. It's spoiling my enjoyment of this wonderful site.
Pembrokeshire is lovely as are many parts of this beautiful nation.
My favourite is the Gower and of course it is alongside my wonderful city, warts and all.
Do I avoid parts of Swansea though? Yes I do but it is fabulous having all this beauty on our doorstep. |

None of those protagonists live in Swansea,my home town,which was a vibrant,interesting ,beautiful centred,important hub of industry.
It always was an industrial town and with that comes grime.
Many former industrial cities are more interesting than "pretty" one ,eg Cheltenham,home to monumental cakewombles. |  |
