Everton Programmes 10:59 - Apr 21 with 1198 viewsSaintNick

If any of you here collect programmes a little head up on the Everton one, it is going to be a 166 page A4 sized edition costing £10.

In the next week or so you will be able to order it online from Everton, they are producing 40,000 copies and it is expected to sell out virtually immediately on line, even if there are some available on the day, it will be big and bulky to carry

Yes, I'm hopefully getting one, Evertonians are already saying they need to print more, my nextdoor neighbour is trying to get 10 for friends.

What's the point? I cleared my garage this weekend in a skip, boxes of football programs and magazines, dumped. There is no value, it's all crap. People hoarding crap, bin bin bin.

I haven’t bought a programme since I started going to the pub after the match, carrying one about always looked a pain in the arse for this lazy so and so.

And as you say, if I did get one it would go in the cupboard with the ones from years ago and the fanzines that I used to regularly buy. Although for nostalgia purposes I do enjoy dipping into fanzines from years back and gauging fans opinions on players, managers and the overall game. It’s the one thing that Sky and the cartel can’t paint brush over.
