It is illegal to use a boat to enter without a valid passport / visa, but once here they are detained for entering illegally and then they are protected by international law whilst their application is considered. At that stage, they are not "illegal", but allowed to remain legally until their status has been determined (application accepted or denied).
Once / if denied, they are here illegally and need to leave. |

I like him too.
The thing is, we don't HAVE to like his personality as long as the team does well - I couldn't care less about how he is on camera. I'm sure he's the sort who'll start talking about yoghurts going out of date soon as I think he finds the whole interview situation as tedious as Strachan did.
And yes, agreed, he does seem like no bullshit and no lies, honest. |

I thought that too - it did seem planned. Worst sub I think he's done. Wasn't it about 2 minutes after he'd done that huge run with the ball too? He had 'boro players worried a lot. Jander is bloody good too ... I think I'm going to like a few of these new guys. |

Awful atmosphere, which I wager was made worse by sticking the away fans in that corner. Couldn't hear the northam 'wall' at all. I liked the Beattie flag, but that was as good as it got.
