Season ticket resale - how Do we get the money? 14:14 - May 7 with 2047 views

If I sold my seat for a few games via the resale, does anyone know how and when we can get the money/credit? Assumed it will be available at the end of the season but haven't seen anything online

I would contact the box office. The information that I have seen about this suggests that the club will contact you in due course but also that you will forfeit the balance if you don't withdraw it by May 31st.
Also someone on another thread said they were able to use the balance when renewing their season ticket, even though the info provided specifically contradicted that.

I emailed the club last night about it and theyve said that they will contact ST holders in the next few weeks to access the balance
