It’s just his lack of physicality and ability holding him back.

He has ability, if he stays fit we might see it

On what do you base that he is a dud ? ,

I base his chances of being an asset on the fact that he looked good in his 5 Premier League appearances before his injury issues, which is all that we have to base his abilities on.

The fact that he has had a long term injury issue does not mean that he is a dud, merely he has had an injury issue, as of yet we don't know if his fitness issue will rear up again or not, however he is now getting in a lot of minutes in the U21 side and has stayed fit, something that he hasn't managed during his time out.

At 21 he is still young and the fact we are back in the Championship could be of benefit for him, the drop in standard will help him in his comeback trail.

Perhaps I will be proved wrong, but the only thing that will ruin his career is injury, so I would say he is not a dud, just a youngster whose body was not ready for the rigours of mens football and more to the point the fitness levels needed.

That was Matt Le Tissier's issues at the end of his career, he just couldn't keep up to the fitness levels needed.

To write him off as a dud just based on fitness issues is unfair.

Personally I thought he looked a bit light weight. Isn’t he out of contact this summer?

Rather than gamble on anther youngest I would love to see us get Matt targett back. He is out of contact and would be a great addition.

I thought he looked poor in those games. He also lacks physicality. Cracking business by City to sell him for that price.

He will never make it here. Wellington looks a far better bet.
