QPR Plus Match Pass Help 13:32 - Jul 22 with 496 views

Has anyone been running into problems trying to purchase a Live Video pass for the preseason fixtures on the website?

I keep getting a “payment failed. Please try again “ prompt for both the Toulouse and Cardiff matches. I sent emails to the QPR streaming address and the box office over the last couple of days and have not received a reply.

Would anyone have any advice other than giving up? II tried using a different card but it’s the same card I use for my regular season subscription.

I had the same issue on the website, but making the purchase in the QPR app worked for me and still let me watch on my laptop.

Thank you. Don’t have the app but I will check that out.

Of course I finally got a reply after I made the post although the reply essentially just said sorry to hear about that. We will have someone look into it.

I wound up making a purchase through Cardiff. No fuss, no muss, same price even though I subscribe to QPR Plus.
