I’ve watched Living Next Door to Putin on BBC2 presented by the excellent Katya Adler; really good programme for those interested, giving a taste in the current reality for many of our fellow European neighbours.

She’s a very well regarded journalist.

There’s a report on the BBC today about Russia attempting to influence the forthcoming Moldovan elections, the BBC have implicated Ilan Shor (Israeli - Russian citizen) who was allegedly involved in a huge fraud which defrauded Moldovan banks of around $1bn.
