Thank you "White Pele" on 21:20 - Jul 13 with 853 views | CHUBBS | A very good player but not a great servant to the club due to injuries, shame really as he could have been a bit of a legend. Will always remember him for some stunning goals topped off by a screamer against Swansea. Good luck Akos

Thank you "White Pele" on 21:34 - Jul 13 with 846 views | sexton | Symbolic of the Tango & Cash era in some ways. So much hope not delivered. Buzz looked awesome when he started. But then he was horribly unlucky with injuries, never became a regular again, and never became the legend that Adel still might be. But thanks for the memories Buzz and I hope your career has a glorious swan song.
Thank you "White Pele" on 23:16 - Jul 13 with 825 views | Billy_Kershaw | I feel a tinge of sadness about Buzz's departure. Injuries seem to have reduced his mobility and his true potential hasn't been realised in the last couple of seasons. That's really sad considering his ability to hit the damn thing so sweetly. Hope he continues to score spectacular goals wherever he goes! It must be really tough for players like Buzz, Rowlands and Vine when they realise that due to injuries, they can't play to the same level any more....

Thank you "White Pele" on 23:45 - Jul 13 with 807 views | eastside_r | Really sad to see Akos leave. I think he was a very technically gifted player who would have made it in the Premier League if he had not had the injuries and with the right players around him. When he arrived he brightened up what had been a particularly grim period, some of the goals will be remembered forever. Certainly not up there with the very best but deserves to be considered in the 'number 10' discussions. Best of luck Akos.

Thank you "White Pele" on 15:19 - Jul 15 with 755 views | gigiisourgod | A lovely player to watch who had such a sweet clean strike of a football. Will never forget the game away at Ipswich where the ref blew up for a penalty (I think) and Akos had just unleashed one of his thunderbolts into the top corner from 25 yards. Beautiful moment for him cut short by the ref not allowing the game to run for a few extra seconds which may have helped his confidence that season. Will always remember him fondly as one of my top 20 favourite players, but I feel the correct decision has been made by both the club and Akos as would hate to tarnish his legacy seeing him completely out of his depth playing in that Scum match and elsewhere this season. For very different reasons am sad to see him, Sir Peter Ramage and Paddy leave this summer, but think crret decision made on all 3 players. Be a great free transfer for someone if he can replicate his early form with us. | | | | Login to get fewer ads
Thank you "White Pele" on 18:54 - Jul 15 with 696 views | EalingRanger | Great player, especially in his first season with us but I feel like the writing has been on the wall for him for some time. Will never forget some of the goals he scored, few players can strike it as cleanly as he does. Underrated set piece taker as well - brilliant free kick against Reading a few seasons ago sticks out for me. Good luck Buz!
