No. He wasn't a liability. He looked progressively better, but not quite yet to the standard we needed. Given his young, adapting to life in a very different country and learning language and what is required in the English game he wasn't too bad. A few months on loan at Doncaster is quite a good choice to help accelerate that progress and see how he adapts to a team that generally tries to play good football. Still young player with international experience, your right simply not worth the investment. |  |
