Stoke were very wasteful with their possesion, we look good on the counter.

Game could have gone either way but we dug in.

Good win in a tricky game. The quality we now have up front makes all the difference even if Nardi looks shaky, Jimmy struggles (I thought he got little help yesterday) and Madsen is Madsen (definitely adding some defensive awareness to his game, but there are moments when Sam or Hayden look the safer bet).
I thought the ref gave in too often to Stoke's rolling around and whingeing.
Koni isn't the quickest and his first touch could be better, but apart from his obvious goal scoring exploits and ability to give the ball a real whack he shows excellent awareness of where his fellow strikers are and gets the ball to them. He also plays a full part when forced to defend
MotM Harvey Vale.
