It's also complicated by the addition of Steve Bould I think. Very easy to imagine a situation where lots of people attribute the improvements to his addition. And they could be right.
On top of that, if Eze does ever get sold we may even have a couple of quid for a forward and a semi-mobile passing midfielder. Imagine that in any team over the last 3 seasons. Another easy explanation for success beyond the manager.

Well that puts to bed any doubts about whether or not he's a confidence player.
I suppose they all are to some extent but he was brutally and refreshingly honest about how it affected him last season.
He comes across as a quiet, very likeable fella I think. Really hope it works out this season, but part of that is going to rest on using him the right way - he's not going to be a box to box ball winner in this league. Ever. |

That's jogged my memory about that YouTube preview(?) from last season,.where their supporter seemed sound enough, but my god he went on and on about how it was the worst he'd ever felt as a Leicester supporter and how awful everything was. It was really quite pathetic to be honest .
If he's representative of even half the support it'll be a very, very long season for our chorizo munching former maestro. |

Good info, and I take the point that it's not a simple manoeuvre. I still think we need to be careful of inferring that one of those two men was a mass murderer.
Maybe whoever moved them went through a process straight after take-off that they would normally do straight after landing? It's clearly not the case of just pushing a button, but a professional pilot with hundreds of hours could probably make that change very quickly. If that was the case it would be an absent-minded error, hard to explain looking back, a complete brain meltdown but with catastrophic consequences.
Also, if it was intentional he took that intention to the grave - in fact denied doing it, rather than making any kind of final statement. That doesn't support guilt or innocence either way but if it had been a political motive that was an opportunity.
It may yet turn out to be murder-suicide - I'm just not comfortable with concluding that without more proof. At this point its a terrible tragedy for all involved, including the pilots. |

This is another of those studies in how rumours spread.
One thing I think I remember (could be wrong) was Marti wanted a keeper who could come off his line quickly. No seriously. Nardi seemed to be that early on and then it quickly stopped. No idea when or even why.
On the full backs, I think we're still fine with JD in that ungainly but effective role, just have to hope Adamson is an acceptable backup.
For LB I've got high hopes for Esquerdina - think he could turn out to be this season's money player. But the balance is wrong with him and Larkeche. Best thing would be to cash in on Larkeche now that he's signed the new deal, get a stodgy Bidwell type in and let Esquerdina come through during the season. And keep Fox well away from LB. |

Last place I lived there must have been a ladybird nest(s) just outside our window for the last 3 years.
Around March, when it warmed up a bit, you'd suddenly have dozens of them swarming around. They also seemed to like to clump together into corners or door frames in some sort of black and red sex-pile-on. I quite liked them. [Post edited 11 Jul 13:12]
