Surely got to be the ghost goal - Reading v Watford - A classic Stuart Atwell moment. But no idea what Surrey were thinking. Surely rack up the runs, tire the oppo then see what happens? Easier to get bonus points too. A day of blocking out to come. Fun. Is exposing a lack of quality spinner though with these teams all preparing roads. |

Bennie 6/10 - Signed for the DS, has played multiple positions when asked and puts in a shift. L1 or L2 loan will make him a much better player. Morrison 7.5/10 - Would be higher but needs to stay fit. Fantastic when he does start. Santos 3/10 - Not for the championship I'm afraid. Will do fine in Portugal. Nardi 8/10 - Was player of the season earlier in the campaign, does need to command his box better. Celar 4.5/10 - There is a player there, we were trying to use him in the Frey role, which he isn't. He goals at Cardiff showed he is a finisher. Play to his strengths and he will get goals. Varane 7/10 - Quality as a starter, disaster off the bench. In the old school "enforcer" role which is still a thing in the Championship. Dembele 5.5/10 - Needs a proper run of starts. Big offseason for him, defo the makings of a quality player there, especially with better players around him. Chair and Dembele have only started ONCE together this season. Saito 8/10 - Love the guy, would love him back, exactly the type of player we should be after. Madsen 4/10 - Slightly rose tinted end of season spectacles with the assists and dead ball delivery. Needs to know his actual role and position better. Learn to tackle and beef up for a full championship season. Ashby 3/10 - Not for me. Although seemingly better at LB than RB he isn't a championship defender. Feel he would do well in Spain with more time on the ball. |

Just bowl us cheaply with Cook and Porter, then it's game on! Looking forward to it, I've got a membership so early season games are good as they fall over weekends but it's harder later in the year when it goes to more midweek. The Youtube streams for free have been brilliant! |

Bump. County Championship starts tomorrow to give some relief from the dirge of championship football and another relegation scrap. Can anyone stop the mighty Surrey from 4-in-a-row? Personally I'm hoping not but can see some drop off with the continued lack of out and out spin option and inevitable call ups for England. Tough start tomorrow away at Essex. Do I see summer around the corner? |

Lose all the away games - that's what we do. Especially now. Beat Cardiff/Swansea at home. Draw against the other. Lose to Bristol City and Burnley at home. 4 points. Sunderland might as well rest players now as they basically can't finish anywhere other than 4th. Probably have a stronger team towards the end of the season to prepare for the playoffs so they aren't rusty. Loading etc. |

Yeah was on at 12.50 and wasn't an option to select them, then appeared as "choose another event" couldn't get through on the B.O, was on hold for 15 mins. Oh well, next season. |

1pm, Thursday 27th March: Priority general sale 3pm, Thursday 27th March: General sale (6 tickets per person) |
 | Forum Reply | Oxford selling fast at 15:32 26 Mar 2025
Just called up, not available online - would be in baskets or sold out so the box office can't select them anymore. As they hold back 20% for general sale it's best to try tomorrow. Will be about 300 available. |

Was about 20 left when I tried to get 3 just before 3pm. After 3 it won't even let me through so assuming they're all sold out. |

 | Forum Reply | The Boro Match thread. at 08:42 11 Mar 2025
Boro have no fit CBs, so they might as well go all out attack/win the midfield. If Frey/Varane are back I have hope for a draw, if not. 2-0 loss. |

The FA are pushing for a longer ban, Millwall are contesting it. Also, I see their fans did a clap for the keeper last night. Strangest club going. |
 | Forum Reply | Beer prices at Loftus Road. at 07:47 5 Mar 2025
They did this for a bit in Ellerslie (before it was Stan Bowles) but doubt they could get the staff/the custom. At least there is some other draft options in the Loft, we literally get a shack with Carlsberg and Shipyard for pints in Stan Bowles or bottles from the kiosks, at the same price for less beer. Went down at halftime for the 1st time in about 10 years on Saturday, was surprised to see how Smokey it was, had to go back up just to breathe. Went to Charlton a few weeks ago with work, they had multiple lager draft options peroni/grolsch as well as meantime IPA and cider, better beers and cheaper prices. |
 | Forum Reply | The Morgan - Varane - Field midfield at 07:57 24 Feb 2025
Think we will see it again Saturday onwards with the top 2 coming to town. With Colback interchangeable. Might even start Colback-Varane-Field against Shef U, although I would prefer Morgan over any of them at home. Could even see Frey being dropped after his Pompey "performance". |
 | Forum Reply | Swansea at home at 09:37 21 Feb 2025
Think you'll be fine. At worst it's a 12.30 but can see it staying at 3. Burnley v Shef U will get moved. Leeds will get moved because Leeds. Weds v Boro Sunderland v Blackburn also more likely than ours. |
 | Forum Reply | Sunderland away at 09:01 18 Feb 2025
Ah, that's why the hotels are so expensive. Trains/flights are too. Maybe a bucket list trip to the San Siro instead. Will change my mind after we win our next 4 |
