Almost full marks to Will. The only change for me would have been to start one of the big fellas as our No 9 Arma likes to play there but two seasons ago RM proved he was more effective as the wide player with 24 goals

Last time in the Championship we won our opening game away to newly promoted Plymouth It was the first game of the new season and played on the Friday evening
It seems that the first week end relegated team play promoted team
My fear is that some of our young guns may not be able to handle the rough and tumble of this division

The Wrexham game is a tough start.Their squad,including coaches have been together for some time No new system,no new style,players who know each other.Almost the polar opposite of our club.
It will be interesting to see how many of their 8 new signings start on Saturday That may just give us an edge

I was a bit disappointed by the lack of a high press in the first hour and the service to the front line non existant The subs certainly looked sharper.Considering some of them had played 60 minutes in the morning they looked up for it
The defence needs to get settled.That combination of GK and 2 CBs is crucial For me it would be Baz Quashie and Edwards next week and then THB and JQ going forward Unfortunately,because he sees him as experienced,I think he will go with Captain Jack
If fit Flyn & Shea as holding players although Sesay has given some top performances and should be in the matchday squad
M/F 3 Must include Robinson probably with Fernandez, or if gone Matsuki ,and for his work rate AA
Archer up front for 60 mins and then DD for the last 30 until he is fully upto championship pace |

I agree that the back 4 is difficult to predict.If he goes with 2 young centre backs in Quarshie with either Wood,Sanda or Edwards then the 2 full backs must be experienced Bree, Manning or Taylor for example.
If he has Taylor and Stephens as centre backs he can afford to play Wellington and Sugawara as wing backs

Still has introduced a couple more young guns during our pre season so if he goes it could allow one of those to get game time
If he stays I would like to see him play more centrally and push into the box more often That would allow him to score more like he did against Swansea |
