Kone does indeed look the real deal. I was particularly taken with the fact he played almost the entire game with one leg of his shorts rolled up, allowing us a teasing glimpse of his bulging, silky thigh muscle. Was this due to an injury - or is it 'a look'? Either way, like your writing, I'm very much here for it. |

Was at the game and as Clive mentioned, the most baffling thing was the delay in getting our subs on. The ball went out numerous times so there was plenty of opportunity to do it but Marti held off for 10 minutes while Colback and Yang stood there on the touchline getting cold. Wasn't as if we were battering them either. We were as weak and clueless as we'd been for the rest of the game. Plenty of fellow away fans were screaming at him to make the subs. Wish the clueless club 'reporter' had asked Marti in the post-match interview why the delay in getting them on. Should have been done at half-time anyway.And Colback was an obvious starter for a game like that. I love him but Marti got a lot wrong Saturday |
