World Club Cup Final
at 00:15 14 Jul 2025

No but they tried a few dirty tackles once the result was never in doubt and hopefully Donnaruma will get a nice suspension for his B.S after the final whistle pretty pathetic from PSG overall.
Pulling hair ,nasty tackles and even their coaches getting involved showed their other side after a nice few months.
The PL is going to interesting with Arsenal adding top players ,City and Liverpool staying right there maybe even Chelsea pushing up there .

season not looking good
at 15:00 13 Jul 2025

Its laughable sometimes the range of emotions after an ass kicking but ask any Pro and they will tell you its 1 game and only 3 points just put in behind you ASAP.
Its even worse in this case being pre season and the new coaching staff second game in charge plus behind closed doors it literally means nothing score wise .
However there is still 3 glaring issues facing QPR which need fixing as soon as possible .
Getting ripped apart on the outside every match , not scoring close to enough goals and the backlog of injuries is the real enemy and going forward JS has his hands full

Gab Sutton/LFW QPR summer deep dive
at 00:31 11 Jul 2025

Yes I enjoy watching Sophie and Matt but for some strange reason the nearly always pick against us in their weekly uploads .
They do love Marti and to be fair Matt picked QPR to survive last year even when we were bottom .
Have not seen their views on Julien S. yet but I suspect they will have QPR in the bottom half again

See I went back 2 pages to find this Eze thread at the risk of being banned starting another
Maybe Arsenal are out of the picture now with this Zubimendi signing if he plays in the same general position as Eze .
They are also signing Norgaard from Brentford and maybe Gyokeres so thats a nice juicy 140 million pounds on the table while we are looking for loose change falling out of their pockets

Watched the highlights and that offside call was borderline criminal ,even with the lines drawn she still looked on side .No wonder VAR is hated its getting worse not better .
Off topic but did anybody see the tackle by Donnarumma on Musiala in NY tonight breaking his leg a horrific incident but not worthy of any card ? .Like to hear other opinions on it

Cork scored 13 or 14 goals in their first 3 games this year they are ruthless and its impossible to stop them I have been calling it since February
Once they are running at you which they excel at its no joy for the backs, stay with your man the attacker will bury it ,move across to block him your man will get the pass (incredibly unselfish team also) and bury it dammed both ways.
Liam McCarthy going to leeside in a few weeks for sure and they will deserve it fair play to them

Yes its at the semi final stage and Chelsea are playing Fluminese from Brazil on Tuesday in Giants stadium NY.
According to reports Chelsea have already banked 63 million pounds for making the semi final and if they win it all they get 100 million or there about not chew over those numbers

Nourry Speaks! Xavi Calm may have a future at QPR.
at 15:01 5 Jul 2025

This is what I was trying to say above but did not word it correctly .
Calm should be here already getting on board with the new manager/ coaches but the fact he is not tells everybody what they need to know IMO.
His loyalty is too strong with Marti and you have to applaud that so he will sit out or take the buy out until Marti gets appointed somewhere by Nov 1st then join back up and its business as usual .
They will put QPR in the rear view mirror and we move on also

I picked up the opposite myself bosh67 it sounded like they are looking at a buy out and when Dave Mac doubled down he did not have the answer ready as he normally does.
There is a new man in charge ,he has his own backroom team ( 1 holdover I think) and will be implementing his system so he wont want any other voices IMO.
Plus Marti is still unemployed so Calm is in a tough spot , loyalty and friendship with Marti so wait it out or sign with QPR who did not treat him correctly and risk losing that connection to Marti which has workes well for him so far .
Gone I am thinking

Sky games

Living in Midwest USA its 6 hours difference to London so your 7.45 pm midweek games are at a horrible 1.45pm here and nobody can watch those unless retired ,sick, working from home or on Americas tit .
Hollywood California is another 2 hours behind that so unless its people taking an early lunch break nobody is watching QPR v Wrexham at 11.45 am unless like above or in some cases financially secure which of course the owners are .
3pm games hit the spot for everybody in England and the US just at breakfast time then have a full day after its over

Eze Free Thread (Non QPR): Q: Is (polite)Society gone or am I just aging?
at 23:50 1 Jul 2025

The customers have driven out the good customer service people over here IMO A40Bosh and whats left are people totally indifferent to you or my needs when we step inside.
My wife manages a bakery departement in a big grocery chain and the customers are taking the stupid phrase " customers are always right " to a new low.
They will buy a $50 cake call up complain it was sh*t and demand a full refund after devouring the whole fcuking thing and being ignorant on the phone and the stupid Co gives them a full refund with zero evidence a complete fiasco . Time after time this happens sometimes aggresivly to her face.
I treat everybody who waits/helps me the same with manners because they have a tough job at low wages there is no need to make it harder for them .
As a general point late evening shopping brings more younger staff into play and they are there just to get out of the house and b.s with their peers not help you or me

According to Kieren Maguire
at 14:49 29 Jun 2025

Is it correct in saying those 3 clubs have foreign owners and there is financial issues in their home countries.
Look at Cardiff City they imploded and mainly because of owners living abroad putting idiots (or really unqualified people like sons )in charge and it goes badly pretty fast.
Even QPR would be in the soup if something happened to effect the wealth of our owners and with world wide conflicts going on that could happen overnight .
Is there not any English born billionaries living there with a serious interest in the game willing to buy a club ?

Never said a truer word there Paddyhoops but I suspect on a festival one off he will deliver a good set .
Saw him at Farm Aid one time gave a long speech about factory farms ( justified those cruel fcuking places ) but the crowd got really restless and he became upset and only played a couple of songs .
Another time tour advertised as NY and Crazy Horse but he played a full set called Greendale for the first hour drove people nuts and lots left. I stayed and enjoyed his second hour greatest hits.
Expect a good opening blast of anti Trump stuff its pretty ugly over here between misicians and POTUS
