As a 30+ year Dale fan I'm steeled against results like this, but it never stops being painful. I'm sorry but it's time for a regime change. Jim's a lovely bloke etc. but we have thrown away two huge chances this season where we had a definitive advantage. It gets harder and harder each year to commit to a club that allow and accepts mediocrity. We need someone with a fire in their belly and a winning mentality. Jim Mcnulty just does not fit that bill.

It's painfully obvious that Uchegbalum isn't effective on the left, but Purple (Hayes) is doing so well down the right he has to stay there.
