Agreed. It has zilch to do with who the president is. Its a competition for the love of god. Europe won, go on and celebrate. Patrons also shouldn't be throwing beer bottles, inexcusable and no room for that. Also good on Rory for turning around and telling the idiot to F off. Fair play to him. Trying to tie a bunch of drunk fans behavior (almost all verbal) to the who the president is has quite literally zero correlation or relevance, whatsoever. See what happens inside and outside an NFL stadium on a Sunday? This looked like a school picnic compared to what regularly occurs at those games, and has occurred at US sporting events for decades. Again, not saying this behavior is right, but the shock and abhorrent reaction to some drunks yelling at the Europeans and the laughable attempt at tying it to who the President is, is really quite telling of some intellectual capacity. Europe won the trophy, go enjoy it! |

Despite living in Cincinnati, my father raised me a Browns fan. Gonna be a tough day downtown in the office today. Total groundhog day performance yesterday. Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory stuff. So incompetent. Some would say QPR-esque. |

Credit to the squad today. Dug in, fought, played with pride and even some flair at times. Thought Madsen was much better today. Saito was such a joy to watch, full of creativity, pace, intent. Mbuengue was solid in the back, and looked a decent pairing with Morrison. The goal, not sure of, felt like Walsh just misread the contact and thought it was going wide? Head scratcher. Kone looks like a classy player for this level. Reminds me of the horse that just looks the part in the paddock, and grinds out performances. Glad to see him get 90 min today, but wonder about his pace. All in all, great to not start the day in a crap mood. U Rssssss |

Madsen : poor, slower than a 7 year itch. Morrison: uncharacteristically poor Cook: slower than Madsen Smith: can’t beat a man with the ball. Long throw is getting long in the tooth. |

I met my wife on Hinge. As people have said, if you are true to yourself and patient enough to go on a couple of "dates" or "first impressions" that might not work, you might find that its "easier" to find your partner though an app than any other way that your parents or grandparents might have done. |

I’m generally in favor of taking the £2mm. But that being said, I find it a relative breath of fresh air that the decision makers now seem to have a level of leverage over the situation. In previous yearss transfer dealings it feels like we just get pushed over. Atleast we “appear” to be sticking to our evaluations. Just feels like the ethos has shifted under the new regime (Nourry). Obviously this can have unintended consequences like not taking the £2 and he walks in the summer. But it also feels like we won’t be pushed into a corner based on what some other club wants. |
