 | News Comment | Can This Be The Dawning Of A New Era At Southampton FC at 07:15:24
I would like to see Danny ROHL, who some consider it was his leaving that started Ralph's demise. Frank LAMPARD has also gained more experience and appears to be doing a job at Coventry. The most successful club to be promoted to the PL in recent years is Nottingham Forest who splashed a load of cash to stay up and built from there. That is what we should be trying to emulate. Promotion, survival then growth. Teams that are afraid to spend in case they go down will be down anyway, the club needs to be bolder in the market, assuming we go back up first of course. |
 | News Comment | These Are The Six Positions That Southampton Need To Fill For Premier League Survival at 23:34:01
We need a GK to challenge GB when he returns from injury and guaranteed to start about 50% of the matches. List could be the man here. A first choice LB and a back up RB as despite their efforts I just don't have the confidence that Manning and Bree can cut it in the Prem. Downes is a must sign and I'd be happy to see Ryan Fraser back. Charlie Alcaraz could fill the Stuey void. As for the striker, I'd take Eddie Nketiah. Always hungry, rarely given the opportunity at Arsenal but always seems to score when he plays against us. I also see little point bringing back any of Fobte, Ings, Lallana but would love to see JWP back, playing further forward with Downes/Charles covering the back 4. |
 | News Comment | Cedric Soares An Appreciation at 16:43:30
Can someone please help me. I don't know what DAJFU means and it's used quite a lot here. Oh, an I liked Cedric, height issue not really his fault and did leave us exposed on crosses but generally a good guy who tried hard and did well. In my opinion. |
 | News Comment | Saints Home Shirt Sale Date Finally Announced at 14:25:45
My shirt arrived this morning, with an apology for the delay and a free scarf each. Frustrating it is 2 months late but nice unexpected gesture. Looking forward to wearing it at Forest Green on Tuesday |

I'm wondering where Pelle went and flourished? 😂😂 |
 | News Comment | Should Saints Go For Gary Cahill at 07:57:30
No, the way that Bednarek, Vestergaard, Stephens and Yoshida have played under Ralph, we don't appear to need a CB. Besides, we have Alfie Jones hovering on the fringe and Bertrand can play CB too. I would leave the squad as it is and reassess in May. |
 | News Comment | Hasenhuttl To Ring The Changes For The Visit Of Everton at 10:51:49
I'm expecting McCarthy, Valery, Target, Bednarek, Vestergaard, Stephens, Romeo, Hoibjerg, Armstrong, Redmond, Ings. Bench of Gunn, Ramsey, Sims, Ward-Prowse, Lemina, Austin, Long See what happens tomorrow |
